Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how orders may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel orders before the order is dispatched or prepared for delivery.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Cancellation by Nature’s Wealth

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:
    • Product unavailable
    • Pricing errors
    • Suspicious transactions
    • Delivery location outside service area
  • In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled successfully before dispatch:
    • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

4. Failed Transactions

  • If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be refunded automatically according to payment gateway timelines.
